Mel Fisher Museum in Key West Visit

If you are a history buff or just enjoy the idea of finding a sunken treasure, a visit to the Mel Fisher Museum should be on your list. Our visit was during COVID precautions and upon arrival, we scanned a QR code on a sign out in front of the museum to purchase tickets. All tickets are purchased online and face mask must be worn at the time of our visit. After purchasing our tickets, we went up to a table outside of the museum to check in and they let us know when we could enter. There are two levels to the museum and they were not using the elevators at the time of our visit, so if stairs are an issue for you, wait to visit when elevators may be used again. The museum can get busy even with trying to monitor the flow of visitors into the museum and moving yourself along out of crowded spaces will be necessary. The museum is set up where you enter on one end and move along at your own pace through the displays and ending in the gift shop area. Below are photos of a few displays at the museum.
